Visa for internship

To apply for a visa for an internship, you will need to complete the application form.

Further you will need to submit:

• A valid travel document (passport), valid for at least 12 months. This document must also contain at least 2 blank pages and have been issued less than 10 years ago. 
   
• One picture 
   
• A recently issued certificate of good conduct, with an official translation to Dutch, French, German or English. 
   
• Your internship contract. 
   
• A medical form
   
  The doctor approved by the Belgian Embassy is

  But you can also choose any other doctor. In that case this doctor has to certify his signature in a statement. 
   
• 180 Euro as handling fee for the visa and 15 Euro for the legalization of the medical certificate.
